OpenLoc L

OpenLoc L was developed to address the modern demands of advanced surgical techniques. By evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of similar systems currently on the market, the Design Team has incorporated many of these strengths into the OpenLoc L in order to avoid the weaknesses presented by other spinal hardware systems. The OpenLoc L is a low profile, top-loading system. This low-profile system features enhanced closure mechanism technology and ergonomically designed instrumentation set. The system consists of titanium alloy Poly Axial Screws, Reduction Screws, and Mono Axial Screws in various sizes with high degree of versatility.

Indication

The OpenLoc L is intended to be used in the following:

  • Spondylolisthesis
  • Spinal stenosis
  • Fracture/dislocation
  • Failed previous fusion
  • Tumors
  • DDD (back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc as confirmed by patient history and radiographic studies)

The implants are intended to provide stabilization as an adjunct to fusion when used with autogenous bone graft or allograft following the reduction of fractures/dislocations or trauma in the spine.

Hooks and rods are also intended to provide stabilization to promote fusion following reduction of fracture/dislocation or trauma in the upper thoracic/lumbar (T1 –S1) spine.

 Specialty Pedicle Screw System

OpenLoc L is designed for the surgeon who is searching for the best solution in the spinal fusion deformity and revision surgery cases. Lateral Connector, Iliac Screw, and Side Click Domino can be used for any environment of the patients.
